Fall Training Block Packages
These packages will provide Sessions for the entire fall block (October 28th-December 20th) at a discounted rate. Avaialble in two day per week or three day per week options
Session Packages
These Packages Are Great for an athlete that may only attend one day per week, and can be used beyond the current training block

Q: What AGES are allowed to train?
A: 12 and up is typically the age that this training is appropriate for, but there is really not a set number, as all kids mature at different rates
Q: How Long do the Sessions Last?
A: We block out an entire hour, but workouts are volume based, and typically take 45-50 minutes
Q: Is this for female athletes as well?
A: Yes, we train many female Athletes here at New Phila Barbell
